My style is unique in that I've worked as a photojournalist for over 15 years for renowned publications such as The Dallas Morning News, The New Orleans Times-Picayune, The Peninsula Times Tribune with contributions to the New York Times, The Associated Press, and Reuters. This was all before becoming an award-winning event photographer.  
 
I photograph weddings in a journalistic style because of my previous career in photojournalism. My background and education are in communications, photojournalism, and art. I am an award-winning photographer that can document your wedding day creatively and uniquely. I am a photojournalist with an artist's eye; I anticipate and capture moments; I pose very little. Mainly, I shoot unobtrusively with a gentle flash and long lenses to allow events to unfold before me.
